Shipping Policy

At About Dreams, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Please read the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For limited editions, made-to-order items, or pre-orders, estimated processing times will be indicated on the relevant product page.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping is handled through trusted carriers, which may include:

* DHL Express

* UPS

* Colissimo

* FedEx

* Other local delivery partners

The available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

* Destination

* Package weight

* Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

France

1–4 business days

European Union

2–7 business days

United Kingdom

3–8 business days

United States & Canada

3–10 business days

International

5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with applicable French consumer law.

 

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

About Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

 

7. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


8. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

About Dreams cannot be held responsible for:

* Incorrect delivery addresses

* Failed delivery attempts

* Packages left in accordance with carrier instructions

* Delays caused by shipping carriers

* Customs delays

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

When contacting us, please include:

* Your order number

* Photographs (if applicable)

* A description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


10. Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are produced or prepared after purchase.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and may vary depending on production schedules.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.


11. Multiple Shipments

Where necessary, About Dreams reserves the right to split an order into multiple shipments.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for shipments initiated by About Dreams.
